Benidorm Palace first opened its doors in 1977, immediately becoming one of Benidorm's major tourist attractions, and the ideal venue for variety shows, cultural events and business conferences. Here was born the mythical "Benidorm Song Festival", and it was here that it achieved international recognition. Over the years numerous important artists have appeared on its stage, including Montserrat Caballé, The Platters, Los Panchos, The Supremes, and many more. Benidorm Palace has produced the fines extravaganzas in Europe, and its seating capacity of over 1,500 has accommodated events such as the "Miss Spain" contest, the European Forum of the Arts, and dozens of congresses.

Being located just North of Benidorm this Villa offers Golf fanatics a choice of over fifteen 18 Hole Golf Courses all within a 2 hour drive. Some of these courses have been designed by Seve Ballesteros.

Beautiful restauramt less than 30 seconds walk from the villa, Monday to Saturday they serve breakfast in the restaurant from 8:30 to 13:00. In the summer they have live music on Sundays. The kitchen is open from 18:00 to 22:00 (22:30 in summer) and is closed on Wednesdays.

The old fishing port is also home to the Club Nautico Yachting Marina, one of several in the area. The endless sandy beaches are perfect for relaxing. With its exclusive location, Maryvilla Tennis Club offers panoramic views of the coastline and sea, perfect for relaxing by the pool or having a drink with friends on the terrace - of course after a game of tennis. Also situated here is Oscars restaurant which serves the mopst amazing food at very reasonable prices. 3 course menu = €16
Theme park for the family approx 20-30 minutes away
For the Wine lovers, Jalon Valley is a 15 minute drive from Calpe and is a very famous wine making district. Here you can sample wine from the selection of Bodegas (Wine Cellars) for free, before you decide to buy. Be careful though, some are very strong. Look out for the Hallelujah Bar where the owner has an intriguing party trick.
